Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. The warranty for all wooden and panel furniture and accessories is 6 months. Physical damage caused by negligence or the use of chemical agents for cleaning is not covered
  2. The warranty for sofa sets, upholstery, and fabrics is 1 year. This covers only the stitching, fabric quality, and base joints
  3. Complaints or issues reported after the warranty period will be subject to necessary repair charges incurred by Enza Home Pakistan at the cost price
  4. The warranty period for mattresses is 2 years
  5. Each purchase is eligible for one replacement of any product against a valid complaint approved by Enza Home Turkey
  6. Final settlement of all warranty claims may take 1-3 months and is subject to availability
  7. Enza Home Pakistan is not responsible for any damage to products due to extreme temperature, humidity, or water exposure. Additionally, Enza Home Pakistan is not responsible for any variation in color, grains, textures, and polish shades due to the natural characteristics of wood. Enza Home Pakistan will be the sole judge if any disputes emerge
  8. Customers should not use any chemical or cleaning agent to clean the fabricated and wooden products. Please follow Enza Home’s general usage and conditions card found inside the package
  9. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by vandalism, abuse, lack of normal maintenance, incorrect installation, or installation of replacement parts. Upholstery material is solely governed by the warranty, if any, of the manufacturer. The warranty will become null and void if the installation of any product is not carried out by Enza Home Pakistan.
  10. Products sold with 40% and above discounts will not be applicable for warranty. These products are usually the last units, dead stock items, or minor defects caused during transportation
  11. If any defect or damage is found by the Enza Home Pakistan assemblers while opening mattresses/beds, the product will be replaced free of charge, subject to availability
